Genuine carbon fiber, woven on purpose.
Real woven prepreg — never water-transfer imitation. The weave is set deliberately so the twill runs symmetrically across the wheel and continues panel-to-panel through the cabin, sealed under a UV-stable clear coat.

From log to cabin
Timber Selection
Source logs are split, inspected for grain figure, and climate-matched to the target cabin environment.
Shaping
CNC rough-cut followed by hand carving to OEM grip profiles and panel contours — no two pieces alike.
Sanding
Progressive sanding from 120 to 2000 grit — pores opened, figure revealed, surface leveled to touch.
Finishing
Seven coats of UV-stable lacquer, wet-sanded between passes, final buffed to the target gloss level.
Complete
Fitment-tested, quality-approved, and ready to install — one timber, through the whole cabin.
